   I was so excited about this bed as we put it together…that is, until a crucial piece, number 39, was missing. Now we can’t connect the railing for the stairs 🙁

   After assembling the bunk bed together, we discovered there’s a small nail protruding out on the slide. This is extremely dangerous as our kids will get seriously injured going down the slide. We reached out to bargainbeddingusa.com and they sent a free replacement. 5 stars to bargainbeddingusa.com but 1 star to the product itself.

   I’m so in love with this bed. It’s perfect for my 5 and 4 year old! They love it. It’s very sturdy and nice. The only issue is that I was missing some roof panels. Other than that, it’s awesome.

   It’s huge! Make sure you MEASURE and then MEASURE again… as you can see, it barely fits in our kids’ room… it takes up more than half of the room. It also only has about 2in of clearance in reference to the ceiling fan. Something to consider, the bottom bunk gets really warm because the top bunk blocks the air from circulating. However, my kids don’t seem to mind any of this. They’re super happy with their fort and have actually started sleeping in it. My boys are 4 and 6, for reference. Also, they’ve already stated planning sleepovers with their friends and cousins. One other thing, it’s surprisingly strong compared to other bunk beds I looked at. The weight limits are quite substantial.

   The Trundle moves and rolls very well. Even my toddler can get it out when she’s tired. It hides Beautifully as well. Everything was labeled very well, very sturdy, easy to assemble, my kids lounge in it a lot and says how much they love their new bunks, good quality for the price.

   This is the bed on top. It is not safe for kids as they can fall out. Be mindful of little being on top if you do. Not recommended unless you have a tiny, thin, and uncomfortable mattress for your child to sleep on. Not safe at all with a regular mattress…even 6 inches is not safe Also, awful to put together. Took 8 hours and you’re unable to return unless you take apart and that is so much work to do after the turmoil of putting together something that won’t end up working and is dangerous

   2 month Update: COMPLETELY UNSAFE SLIDE. Called customer service multiple times. No answer, just keeps ringing till disconnected. The slide is not safe to use any longer and we haven’t been able to get in contact with the company to fix or replace this piece. Really unhappy with the lack of customer service and we spent almost $500 for this. Would not recommend purchasing this from a company that clearly doesn’t provide quality products, doesn’t do anything to replace defective items, and has no customer service. First of all, it looks beautiful, but the slide piece came cracked, which we didn’t notice till we were basically done building it (4 hours later…) Came in 3 separate boxes, but we didn’t know since we only showed one shipping number. Pieces for the slide were very flimsy. The wood was cracked. It’s been 2 months and now the slide is completely cracked. The rest is holding up, but really disappointed in the slide and cracking pieces.

    It took us a while, maybe 4 hours, but we got it built and it’s beautiful. Can’t wait until the finishing touches! We definitely recommend for kids! Waiting on another mattress before installing the bottom bunk! Very satisfied with purchase.
