   Incorrect information for weight limit. Claims it holds up to 500 pounds, when in reality its only safe up to 200 pounds. When I request a refund, they require I pay for the shipping, which would cost me well over $200. Total bs, contacting bargainbeddingusa.com for this unacceptable practice.

   Easy assembly, exactly what I ordered as described, the drawers are perfect for my 2 boys that are very hard on furniture. They will outgrow these in time but these will last longer than needed and stand up to the challenge. Packaging was great product had no damage, all parts included, clear directions, I could not have been more pleased with these beds. I got two for the price of 1 captains bed and the boys love them.

   The delivery window they provide is completely useless. They’ll deliver wherever they want. Just received notification that the bed arrived this morning but I’m away on vacation and won’t be home for another two days. Hope it won’t be stolen or damaged by rain. The earliest date on the delivery window wasn’t for another two days. Early delivery isn’t always good. Stick to the plan.
